One of my favorite things about living in Gearhart is the walk through the dune fields on a sunny day — the grasses turn every shade of gold and yellow-green, wildflowers dot the path, and the whole landscape feels joyful. This painting captures that feeling: Tillamook Head anchoring the left, sea stacks visible in the distance, and a bright blue sky with lazy clouds drifting overhead.
